Please contact with our customer service in 7 days after receipt of the goods, if exceed 7 days, 5% restocking fee will be charged to you, for more than 30 days, returns will not be acceptable.
Returned product under the following conditions:
Quality problems after opening the package.
Notice:Goods can be returned or replaced under the following conditions
Unused or Uninstalled
Remain inner original pack without any damage
Remain seals on the products (If available)
The bar code is legible and complete on the goods
Returned product are invalid under the following conditions:
Products damaged during transportation.
Already used or installed
More than 30 days after customer has received the products.
Refund
Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment as the original purchase
Refund do not include the bank charges
Exchange
Replacement will be done within 3 to 5 working days if in stock after receiving the returned good. If you find the serious problem in 15days after receiving the products, you can contact with our customer representative ,We will help to solve your problem within 3 days working time.
